All our products are custom-made based on details specified by the customer (such as size, color, design, engraving, or embroidery with the name), and therefore our policy is based on fairness and justice for both parties as follows: First: Cases where exchange or return is allowed A return or exchange request is accepted only in the following cases: - There is a manufacturing defect or an error in execution by the store (such as size, design, or requested name discrepancy). - If the product does not conform to the specifications agreed upon in the order or the accepted description. In these cases, the store bears the full shipping costs, and the product is replaced or the amount refunded after verification of the situation. Second: Cases where exchange or return is not accepted Exchange or return is not permitted in the following cases: - If the order was executed accurately according to the customer's requested specifications (regarding color, size, design, or name). - If the product has been used, washed, or damaged after receipt. - If more than 24 hours have passed since receiving the order without any notice. Third: General Conditions - The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and unmodified). - The customer must document the issue with photos and send them within 24 hours of receipt via customer service. - The case will be reviewed within 1–3 working days, and if the store's error is confirmed, the product will be replaced or refunded. - If the reason for the exchange is personal to the customer (such as wanting to change the color or size), the customer bears the shipping costs.
